June asked me to slow down in ways I never imagined. After completing our Macy’s Workshop and pouring everything into KAPHILL, I had an unexpected emergency surgery. Between hospital walls and recovery days, I was reminded how precious rest, space, and intention are. I’m forever grateful to the team at Columbia for guiding me through it—and giving me permission to pause fully.
That pause led to the simple, beautiful things: rewatching Breakfast at Tiffany’s, followed by In the Heat of the Night. I discovered Nine Perfect Strangers—a provocative take on healing and self-discovery. Dinners at The Polo Bar and the newly opened Haymarket in Chelsea were small joys that grounded me. I even spent an afternoon wandering the Arcmanoro Niles exhibition at Lehmann Maupin—colour-rich, soulful, and electric with presence.

As always, thank you for being here. For the women who find joy in design, who lean into change with confidence, and who understand living well isn’t a luxury—it’s a choice. You’re not just wearing KAPHILL—you’re building the life that wears it beautifully. With love and intention, |
