How do you pronounce KAPHILL?

No, our products run true to size unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically process orders within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping confirmation when it leaves our warehouse. Domestic shipping via UPS takes 5-7 business days after the shipping confirmation, while international orders shipped via DHL take 7-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to most regions. Please note, free shipping is available only for domestic orders over $200.
Do you offer custom orders?
Currently, we do not offer custom pieces.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., address details or sizing), email us at
customerservice@kaphill.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed. KAPHILL is not responsible for incorrect details entered at checkout.
How can I attend a KAPHILL event?
KAPHILL events are invite-only, reserved for our VIP customers, press, and friends of the brand. We update our VIP Customer List quarterly. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay informed about open events and the latest updates from KAPHILL.
How can I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another when your order is packed, including a tracking link. If your order ships in multiple packages, each will have a unique tracking number. For delays or additional updates, email customerservice@kaphill.com.
What payment methods does the KAPHILL online store accept?
We accept Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. KAPHILL Gift Cards, Afterpay, and Klarna are also available at checkout.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We currently do not offer phone orders.
What sizes does KAPHILL offer?

How do I find out if an item will be restocked?
Our items are produced in limited quantities and may sell out. Use the "Notify Me" feature on the product page to register your interest and receive updates if the item is restocked. For further assistance, our Client Services team is happy to help.
