Refund Policy
- Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item with a defect, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a refund, please contact us at customerservice@kaphill.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges & Store Credits
- Size or Preference Issues: If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t to your liking, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
- To start an exchange or request store credit, email us at customerservice@kaphill.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
- Store credits will be issued once the item is returned and processed. Exchanges depend on product availability and may take additional processing time.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- For defective merchandise, KAPHILL will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
